Conil Apartment Facilities
The apartment is situated in a 'Residencial' building centred around a large sea-facing terrace for the residents only. The Residencial is secure with key entry only and ample parking nearby. There is a beach entry door to Conil's largest beach. Private residents' showers are located inside the door.

Sea Views From Most Rooms:
The apartment itself (far right hand side of picture) is on the front-line and overlooks the end of the promenade which affords some tranquillity at the height of season. The apartment has a balcony complete with table and chairs.
The kitchen, main room and main bedroom have uninterrupted views of the Atlantic, which are truly wonderful from sunrise to sunset. You can see for several kilometres in each direction, which includes cliffs, rolling hills and the river Salado.
The Apartment Living Areas:
The Santa Barbera has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. All bedding is supplied. The bathroom contains a bath/shower and is fully supplied with towels. The main living room has a sofa which converts into a double bed if required. The dining area has a table seating up to 6, DVD player and Spanish cable TV. Both the living area and main bedroom have ceiling fans and for the winter months, heating is provided by oil-filled radiators.
Fully Equipped for Self Catering:
The kitchen is fully equipped, and contains a gas hob and combination microwave/oven/grill, a double sink, a large fridge-freezer and washing machine.
