The Conil Apartment is available to rent all year round. Rentals are per week and normally begin from a Saturday (but some flexibility may be possible in low season). Reduced rates are available for lets of 3 weeks or more during the winter season. Call UK 01435 873280 to make your reservation.

Important Booking Information for the Conil Apartment:
- Prices per week in British pounds (£) but we will accept Euros - Please phone or e-mail for current rate
- Please call or e-mail to check latest availability and make yor reservation
- Reservations will be held for 4 days
- Bookings are secured upon receipt of a £75 deposit (non-refundable)
- 10% Discount for bookings over 7 days in November - February
- Directions, apartment keys and a map will be supplied approx' 2 weeks before arrival
- Bedding and Towels are supplied (except beach towels)
- We have local contacts (English & Spanish) in case of problems
- Changeover day is Saturday
- The apartment is cleaned and ready for your arrival at 3pm
- Last day departure from the apartment is by 10.30am
- Travel Insurance cover is recommended
- Full balance required 28 days before arrival date
- Cancellation charges at 50% between 27 and 15 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation charges at 100% less than 15 days prior to arrival
